Our lovely winterized cottage on 53 square meters is divided into three rooms and a kitchen with a total of 5 beds incl guest house on the plot (two beds). Water, electricity, sewer, toilet and shower fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave and convection oven. Satelite TV and large ion of Canal Digital. Here you can spend a week in lovely Roslagen with 125 meters to a large lake or 3 km to the beaches and vast nature reserve for lovely walks in Prästängen. The cottage is close Grisslehamn with summer taverns and ferry connection with cruises to Åland. Close to Hallstavik with Golf Course. We have a big beautiful terrace of 28 Sqm with space for sofas and chairs facing south, plenty of grass and green spaces in our 2200 sqm nice plot. A small secluded paradise with no neighbors proximity for those who want a little time for yourself. Nice views of the fields and meadows. The cottage is located between Hallstavik and Herräng. Close to Grocery, Liquor, bank and in service. Pets are welcome, we have the dog staying with us in the cabin. Perhaps you would like to spend a week, a weekend in the fall for mushroom picking in the big mushroom forests around our beautiful summer resort in Roslagen. Or maybe you just want to "escape" to the country to spend a weekend or a few days of rest, snuggle up by the fire and cooking on tuman hand in our cabin. Let weekend or week during the winter-spring-summer-fall. The cabin is equipped with heat pump and wood stove (wood are plentiful in Boden) for comfortable warmth and the environment. We spend our weekends very often here even winter so it is always plowed and passable.
