Villa Fantastic by the Nävecreek

A wonderful house called Villa Fantastica built 1943, 350 m2.
Overlooking the Navecreek and a pond where birds love to take a bath.
The creek runs out in the Baltic sea, 5-10 minutes away, with fishing possibilities and a beach.
The house extends of three floors and a cellar with a laundry room.
The first floor contains two drawing-rooms and stoves and contact with the terass plus a relax room, with sauna and shower and toilet and training facilities.
The second floor carries the big, light kitchen with lots of space for cooking and place for dining.
There are a stove, a fridge and a freezer and a microwave oven and all you will need in facilities and porcelain.
There is also a special dining room with contact to the grand balcony with sun from the South for eating breakfast and taking a sunbath or reading a book.
There is also the living room with TV and two bed rooms,
with one double bed and two bigger separate beds and a bathroom with huge space for shower and two separate basins.
On the third floor we have a double bedroom with shower,
toilet and a basin and two more bedrooms, one with separate beds and one with a double bed.
Outside in the upper hall we have three beds.
The garden on 3000 m2 is perfect for games and play or
just enjoying the trees and the glistening shadows in the creek.
The closeness to the nature and wonderful walking facilities,
to the sea with lots of place for taking a bath or a picknick is absolutely amazing.
Fishing is possible both in the Sea and in Nävsjön (demands a special card for fishing.)
Marvellous views from the seaside and the mountains
overlooking the sea makes this place a dream place to live in.
If you want to take a ride visit Kolmården 20 km, with their animals or
go to Vikbolandet or visit a city go to Norrköping or Stockholm. Yes this is a perfect place to have a vacation.

Directions:
If you come from the north and the E4, turn in Nyköping and follow the sign to Oxelösund. When you have driven 4-5 km there will be a sign to Nävekvarn on your right side, then turn towards Nävekvarn 19 km. Just drive ahead until you reach the sign, then it is the light yellow house on your right side when you see the sign 30 km. Heartily welcome!!!
If you come from the south on the E4 turn after Norrköping, towards Getå, just drive along the coast, and when you see the sign on Kolmården in Sandvik you just follow the road straight ahead, pass Kolmården and go ahead. When you see the sign Kvarsebo on your right side where the road splits up, you follow it to Kvarsebo and there you will see a sign to Nävekvarn 12 km, follow the road and you come to N. Just go straight ahead and when you come in a hill you see the sign Nyköping, turn left. pass our shop Coop Nära and a pond on your left, pass a road to the left and then you will see our house on the left where you see the sign 50 km.
