Access to (included in the rent) wood fired sauna right on the waterfront, rowboat (for fishing and pleasure), canoe (and life jackets). Washing machine and tumble dryer in the
basement. Other houses on the premises where the owner sometimes stays when taking care of the garden.

Municipal water (very good quality), municipal sewage, geothermal heating.

Wonderful walks in the surrounding area. Close to MTB Hjulsjö and their tracks run nearby.

Located in Bredsjö about fifteen minutes from Hällefors. Make sure you visit Bredsjö Blue cheese (Bredsjö Blå) cafe with farm shop.
