island Skaftö. A friendly cosy place with all a Swedish west coast summer can
offer.
180 degree breathtaking seaview from the 30 sqm balcony heading south.
Three separate bedrooms on second floor with 2+2+4 beds. 2 separate bathrooms.
250 meters to the best bath on Skaftö. 18 hole golfcourse 5 minutes by car.
Restaurant and tenniscourt in the village 100 meters away. Relaxing walks by the
sea or at the countyside.
Kids will love fishing crabs between boathouses just below the cottage and the
mackerels wait for Your angle in the evening. Rest Your soul in front of the
fireplace when back.
Once been there You will just long for coming back again. This is the place to
regain Your energy.


Linen, towels and similar not included.
Cleaning by tenant before leaving the house.
Deposit 2000 SEK.

Elektricity exceeding 100 kWh / week will be charged on departure ( 5 SEK/KWh)
NB. Pics on bedrooms, sofas, dinnertable will be updated. All beds new and of
good quality.



Directions:
From Gothenburg drive north appr 80 km on E6 towards Uddevalla and turn right (
west) towards Lysekil close to large Shoppingcentre Torp. Follow road 161 west.
Turn left towards Fiskebäckskil ( do NOT take the ferry to Lysekil, if You have
reached the ferry quay turn back 1 km)
Pass Fiskebäckskil, follow the road and You will find a sign "Rågårdsvik" straight
ahead. Continue into Rågårdsvik and turn right just after the Hostel. After 100
meters turn left at "Selmas Väg". The house is the last at this road. Park at the
yard in front of the house.
