The house lies 300 meters from Grässjön, a small lake.

On the first floor there is a hall, a small toilet , a kitchen with dishwasher, dining room and living room as one unit with an open fireplace.
On the second floor there is a hall, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Two extra beds available. Newly renovated bathroom with floor heating, shower and toilet.
Bedlinen and towels for rent, 150 Swedish crowns /person.
Washing machine in basement.
Only 800 meters to a nice sandy beach with shallow water.
Five km to closest foodshop.
Big lawn for games and relaxation, a big trampoline on request.
Four bikes. Possibility to rent a boat for fishing.
Wonderful forest behind the house for hiking and picking berries and mushrooms.
Distance to Torsby 19 km, Sunne 22 km.
Lots of wonderful sights and things to do close by.
In Torsby there are among a lot of other things a Skitunnel and an old Homestead
museum.
In Sunne you´ll find a Waterland with slides and lots of fun and the beautiful
Rottneros Park.
During the winter there are excellent places to go skiing nearby Ski Sunne 20 km, Hovfjället 40 km, Branäs 90 km. There is an illuminated track for cross country skiing 2 km from the house, and if it´s cold enough there is usually a track on the lake.
