Charming cottage by the lake

Old charming red cottage in good condition, situated between the Norwegian border and Årjäng village. For 5-6 people at the lake Lelången and close to the Dalsland channel.

The cottage is from the last century and was carefully renovated in 2010,
preserving details such as fireplaces, pine wood floors and paned windows. Is beautifully situated on a promontory with the forest on our doorstep and 40 meters down to the lake, which offers wonderful canoeing or boating and fishing opportunities. About 300 meters from the house is a bay with flat rocks from which you can swim.

The house is 90 m2 over 1.5 floors. The ground floor consists of hallway, kitchen, shower and toilet, living room and one bedroom. On the second floor are three rooms, two of which are bedrooms. In total there are 5+1 beds. The living room has a new comfortable sofa and two armchairs. From living room you can go out on the large terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and view over the lake. Around the house there is a large garden
with lawn, outdoor toilet and proximity to horses.

Changeover day is Saturday. Access to the cottage is from 13.00pm and
inspection of the cleaning 12.00pm.
