Large sun deck with heated swimming pool (built in 2018) with lights and offer the possibility for swimming in the dark. The pool is located circa 10 mts from the house. Private plot, private road and private land with forest and farm land of about 16 hectares around the house. Lawn for games etc. Trampoline. As an addition there is a private swimming spot by the river Klarälven (about 400 mts) with sauna, garden furniture, floating jetty, boat, canoe and stairs down to the water. Fishing permit for the river and other lakes is available to purchase at the tourist information office (Turistbyrån) in Munkfors. Lovely view from the englazed patio together with lovely forest paths for hiking in private forest. Moose and other wildlife can often be seen from the house. Several hiking trails in the area. Fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen dine in January 2017. Both bedrooms located on the first floor. Steep staircase. The first floor is to be renovated within a few years. For you who seek privacy and peacefulness, this is a fantastic place! PLEASE OBSERVE THAT YOU MUST AT ALL TIMES OBSERVE AND LOOK AFTER YOUR CHILDREN, ESPECIALLY AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL!

Road description:
From Gothenburg road E45/E18 to Karlstad. From Karlstad road 62 towards
Munkfors/Hagfors. Right before Munkfors take road 241 towards Sunne. Drive 500 mts turn right towards Blia. Drive 500 mts turn left at Hotell Munken towards " Västra Skymnäs 11". Drive for about 7km to a small bridge. After the bridge drive about 400 mts, turn left onto gravel road. (Sign post "Fridhem" and a prohibition sign together with a pike) and drive for about 250 mts up to the house.
