1 1/2 level villa, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and an enclosed verandah towards the river.
Sun deck next to the enclosed verandah. Barbecue area in front of the house. Washing machine. Shower, sauna and WC. Satellite TV(ASTRA EUROPA + Viasat).
Fishing possible in the river or the surrounding lakes, with a fishing permit. Shop + bensin/diesel
800m, bank 15 km. Café/restaurant 200 metres, Hiking trail 1.5km, Sweden’s most beautiful rock
carvings in Näsåker 15km, Äventyrsberget (the adventure mountain), Zoo with the white lions and
fun-fair with the best artists in Junsele about 40km, URKULT in August with bonfire and magic, flea
markets, farm shops etc.

In the winter we have slalom, skiing around the corner, also with electric-ligths. A different
kind of Christmas, go to early church service on Christmas Day with the horse-sleigh, bazars,
Christmas markets or stay in with a good book.
We have the Northern Ligths with the all stars and lot of fresh air!

From Sollefteå road number 90 forvard to Wilhelmina. After 27 km you come to STRAND. Turn left
towards MYRE. Drive down untill t-crossing and just in front of you 3 red houses and one yellow
one. You have arrived.

Price per week from 4400 SEK

Price per week to 5500 SEK

Highseason 5500sek/week: Christmas/New Year, Wintersport weeks, Eastern and from week 20 to week 37. Other weeks are Low season: 4400sek/week.
We´ll charge extra for electricity in winter September 1st to May 15th, 3,00 kr/kWh.

Vi var 2 personer och och använde bara nedervåningen. Sovrum med dubbelsäng,kök med allt som behövs. Härliga vyer ifrån altanen med en inglasad och en öppen del. Skönt med ett snabbt dopp i älven(kallt) och sedan en bastu. Återkommer gärna ☀️😀

En mycket fräsch och fin stuga med ett fantastiskt läge. Seriös och god kommunikation med uthyraren. Bra info. Jag är mycket nöjd och rekommenderar denna stuga varmt.
