Only 45 minutes from Gothenburg is this beautifully located holiday home with stunning sea views of the Halsefjord.
Just 7 minutes walk to popular bathing area where there are piers and sandy beach.
Super fresh house on 2 floors with all amenities.
On both sides of the house there are sunny balconies.

THE HOUSE
The entrance to the house is via the terrace at the front where there is a hall, bathroom with washing machine. A smaller room is then followed by the kitchen overlooking the sea. The combined living / dining room has a fireplace and a bedroom with a sofa bed. Here is a patio door to the large terrace facing the sea (110m2) on the ground floor
Upstairs you meet a fantastic view of the sea and where you will find the living room with sofa and TV, a large and spacious bathroom with shower and three bedrooms.

PATIO & PLOT
The house has hilly plot with mountains and lawn with space for play. With a view of the sea, you will find a large terrace with dining area, barbecue and a lounge sofa. The house has sun all day with alternatives to shady places.

The popular beach area is reached via a walking path of about 850 meters. There are jetties and a small sandy beach.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Es war sehr gut ausgestatter und absolut sauber. Der Vermieter offerierte ein faires und gutes Angebot für zwei Wochen im September. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und transparent Vom Haus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Wasser. Man kann zu Fuß über die Straße zum Wasser gehen, wo es eine Badestelle gibt. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man nach Askerön fahren und von dort Stenungssund und die Brücken sehen. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von lohnensewerten Ausflügen von Säckebäck aus. Der gut sortierte ICA Supermarket Almö Livs ist gut 9 Kilometer entfernt. Wir hoffen noch einmal nach Säckebäck zurück zu kommen.
