Seclusive and cosy summer cabin

Geographical location:

The cottage is beautifully situated between the villages Värmskog (10 kilometers) and Klässbol (10 kilometers) with proximity to the towns of Arvika (30 kilometers) and Grums (30 kilometers).
Värmskog is a well-known destination famous for its café, which is open during the warmer months of the year. Here you buy Swedens best prawn sandwiches and eat and drink well.

Klässbol is also a well-known outing destination that is best known for its linen wrap that delivers to the king himself and the Nobel Peace Prize. Weavers are open to the public and there are also sales of products. In Klässbol there is also a charming café which also has traditional food and a pizzeria.
The small village of Borgvik is about 20 kilometers away from the cottage and there is the well-known Sliperiet excursion as well as a café.
The county capital Karlstad with about 100,000 inhabitants is approximately 60 kilometers away from the cottage. Here you will find IKEA, Biltema, Elgiganten and many other big shops.

The cottage is completely secluded with no nearby living neighbors, which guarantees a pleasant accommodation.

Accommodation:
The accommodation offers 3 beds, consisting of a double bed and a sofa that can be turned into a bed when needed.

The cottage have been renovated during 2020 and consist of two rooms and a kitchen.
Hot water is provided for shower and kitchen. Heating is done through a heat pump. Firewood is included in the rent.

Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, stove, micro, wood stove, coffee maker and kettle. All household items are available in the cottage, such as cutlery and crockery of all kinds.

Bathroom: Newly renovated and includes shower, toilet and washing machine.

Living room: Newly renovated in 2020. Contains flat-screen TV (with Hdmi connector for computer / USB memory for watching movies or other and a Google Chromecast) with the most common channels, sofa, coffee table, wood stove, a comfy chair with a foot rest is also there.

Other:
Fiber / Wifil is availabe for free.

An public sand beach suitable for swimming are available approx. 3km:s from the cottage.

Large green spaces and lawns are of course available.

A coal grill is available, but charcoal and lightning fluid must be brought by the tenant.

The drinking water is tested and is deemed excellent for drinking.

Final cleaning: Either the final cleaning will be done by the tenant, otherwise a cost of 800: - will be charged.
