A beautiful summer house on Värmdö, only 40 minutes from central Stocholm. There is a larger house with 4 beds (2 single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other) Two beds (single beds) are available in the guest house. Fully functional kitchen. Plenty of seatings both indoors and outdoors as well as a fireplace. A sauna is also available along with a shower.

The garden is very large with plenty of room for play and similar activities. A tree house is available for the children.

Walking distance to both the sea and many small lakes. Just 5 minutes to the nearest lake.

Location: Easy accessibility. Located 40 minutes from central Stockholm by car and less than 12 minutes to the nearest supermarket.
