This beautiful location is enclosed with water, forest and ridges. A part of the forest belongs to the property. Entrance through a short alley with comfortable private parking in a carport.

A beautiful garden, designed by a landscape architect, with rows of clipped shrubs and flowers, is just to live to and enjoy and adds to the overall experience.

There is more than enough heating capacity if necessary: Heat pump with air conditioning together with electric elements. In addition to that there are two fireplaces, of which one is in the kitchen.

The kitchen provides all necessary cooking possibilities. It includes a dishwasher and Miele microwave oven in adjacent room. Exit from kitchen to upper deck patio. Heated water. Jag ringer till värden när vi kommer fram och han berättar var vi kan finna nyckeln. Under vår samtal tittar jag i kylskåpet och kan se det inte är rent. Det säger jeg till honom, till vilket han bara svarar: jaha…han säger att där har varit hantverkare i veckan och installerat en ny kran. Han erbjöd inte att komma och göra rent. Köksbänken var skitig.Toaletten var inte ren och handfat och glashyllor hade rester av långa hår. Heltäckningsmattor på golven. Det står, att städning ingår i prisen, men ändå låg där en lapp i köket där det stod att man skall dammsuga stugan, samla hår upp i duschen och handfat, tömma avfall osv. Så den städning man betalar för, är uppenbart något man själv skall utföra. Helt uacceptabelt! Det var så hemskt, att jag väljer att skriva en besked till värden, 1 timme efter vi kommit fram. Efter 2 timmar har han fortfarande inte svarat tillbaka och vi väljer därför att lämna sommarstugan igen.

I stort sett ingenting av detta överensstämmer med verkligheten, det är i själva verkat uppdiktat i efterhand. Det som däremot är sant är denna gäst genom egenmäktigt och klandervärt agerande orsakat ekonomisk skada och detta har jag som hyresvärd redan fått ersättning för. Att i efterhand skriva ett förljuget omdöme som vars enda syfte det kan spekuleras över men som enbart förefaller vara att smutskasta, förändrar inte detta faktum. Varning för denna hyresgäst!
