We rent out our newly renovated house on Svarte's beach weekly. 4 beds in 2 separate bedrooms on floor 2. Bottom floor with panoramic view to the sea, large living room and kitchen including dishwasher with exit to wooden deck and furnished patio. Bathroom with shower. The house is about 50 m from the beach and about 200 m to the train station which takes you to Ystad (5 min), Österlen and Copenhagen. In Svarte, besides the popular beach with jetty and kiosk, there is also a bakery as well as a thai restaurant and pizzeria.
Please bring linens and towels.
Final cleaning is done by you as a tenant (can be purchased for the service).

Check-out: Saturdays 11:00

Bitvis kan det vara mer trafik beroende på event i området samt att det är en av Sveriges mest populära kuststräckor. Som tur är är det 40-väg. Önskar dig en fortsatt skön sommar och välkommen åter!

Fantastiskt, precis som förra höstlovet vi hyrde detta boende. Skulle man ha tillbringat en vecka under sommaren i denna boning så misstänker jag att det skulle vara magiskt! Läget, utsikten och närheten till allt fantastiskt i närområdet. Värden kan inte annat än få fem stjärnor för sin omtanke och viljan att man som boende ska få den bästa upplevelsen. Hit kommer vi tillbaks.

Her hadde vi alt vi kunne ønske oss for en rolig uke i Skåne. Privat og lunt på terrassen, likevel med utsikt til den fine hagen, og til havet fra morgen til kveld. Om det blåser på stranden, er det godt å sole seg på terrassen, og gå rett ned til stranden for et bad. Veldig hyggelig vertskap. Anbefales!
