Summer paradise with lake plot

Dear guest,
I rent out my summer paradise, 150 meters from Lake Mälaren during the holidays. The house is located on Färingsö about 25 kilometres from Stockholm City.

The house is 198 sqm and has two balconies facing south with a view of Lake Mälaren. There are four bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two upstairs. The kitchen is modern with everything you need and in the kitchen you have an exit to one of the terraces where there is Weber gas grill. Beautiful dining area with seating for 8 people from where you also reach the second terrace which is under roof. On the terrace under the roof there is a large table with room for 10-12 people. Large living room with TV, stereo which you can stream spotify to and tiled stove if it is raining. There is a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and drying cabinet.

The following beds are available:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 140 cm wide sofa bed and 140 cm wide bed
Bedroom 2 (ground floor): 180 wide continental bed
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 140 cm wide bed
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 2 x 90 cm wide bed
Space (upstairs): sofa bed 140 cm wide
Guest cottage: 160 cm wide bed

The plot consists of two parts, one part is around the house which is around 5000 sqm with lawn, fruit trees, strawberry land, trampoline and a ping pong table. The other part of the plot is a lake lot that you reach via a path / road. On the lake site there is a pier and a private terrace. There are good bath bottom and around 1 dm deep at the shore edge. At the bottom of the pier it is 2 meters deep, so it works great to swim both as an adult and a child.

The bus stops 200 meters from the house if you want to go by bus and there is an ICA store 2 km from the house which has opening hours 08-22. Troxhammar Golf Club is 3.5 km from the house. No smoking is allowed indoors, and pets are unfortunately not welcomed.

A rental week starts Sunday at 15:00 and ends Sunday at 13:00, of course it is okay to come later and leave earlier. If you are interested, please send an e-mail and tell me a little about who you are and which weeks you are interested in.

You clean the house by your self and leave the house in the same shapes as it was when you arrive.
Sheets and towels are not included.

Weekly rent SEK 25000 or corresponding amount in Euro. If you want to rent 2 weeks the price is 45000 SEK
