Spacious house with large garden just 100 m from nice sandy beach with good swimming opportunities. The house is divided into two halves so that you choose whether you want to keep it open or closed between the two parts.

One part is on two levels about 125 sqm - kitchen, dining room, TV room, living room, bathroom and terrace downstairs and two bedrooms plus bathroom on the upper floor.

The second part is on one level about 75 sqm - open kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and bathroom. This part is brand new, renovated 2017.

Beds
• Bigger half: bedroom1 Double bed 180 cm, bedroom 2 Bunk bed + sofa bed 140 cm. A total of 6 beds.
• Smaller half: bedroom 1 Double bed 180 cm, bedroom 2 Single bed + sofa bed 160 cm. A total of 5 beds.

The whole house is fully equipped with good machines. Since this is our own holiday home that we use every weekend, you'll find everything you might wanna have on your holidays - wifi, games, books, toys, TV , washing machine and dryer, barbecue, croquet and hammock. Bathrobe distance to the beach on private small road.

The garden is large with several seating areas and the opportunity to barbeque. Parking space for two-three cars.

Good bus service to Trelleborg and Ystad. 1 km to supermarket, 1 km to tennis courts, 1 km to restaurant, 4 km to golf course. Nice bike path along the entire coast.

Please bring sheets and towels. (Sheets and towels can be rented for SEK 100 / person.)
On departure the house should be left in the same condition as on arrival. (Final cleaning can be purchased for 1,700 SEK.)

Weekly rental week with changeover day Saturday.
