Guest house near the sea

Guest house of 20m² with 300 mts walking distance to Olofsbo´s lovely sandy beach with sand dunes and shallow sea. Nearby there is a pizza place, a restaurant, miniature golf and a well assorted supermarket. It is about 8km to Falkenberg, 40km to Ullared (outlet shopping) and 30km to Varberg. In the guest house there is a sofa bed of 160 cm. together with a loft with two mattresses. The loft has a low ceiling and is reached by a ladder. An all tiled bathroom with shower and WC. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge with an ice box, coffee percolator and china. The guest house was totally renovated with new wallpaper, new floors and new tiles during November 2018. Outside there are garden furniture for four guests. Right behind the guest house is a common land area which is suitable for games. If you are more guests there is also a small shed with two single beds. If so, there will be an additional rent of SEK 1,000/week regardless of the season.
