Welcome to this newly built house in Fjällbacka.
The location is superb, 500 meters to the center and 300 meters to two different bathing places.
The house is in two levels.
The lower level has a kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a bed and a toilet with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A patio with table, chairs and barbecue is also available.
The upper floor has a hall, a bedroom with a twin bed and a bedroom with two separate beds. One bathroom with toilet, shower, washer and dryer. The upper floor hall is furnished with a sofa / bed that can be used as a bed (mattress etc. is available). From the upstairs hall you reach the upper balcony. It is furnished with a pair of wicker chairs and a table with chairs. From the balcony you can see the boats coming to Fjällbackas guest harbor.
The house is of year-round standard and furnished with fresh furniture.
Cable TV is available, unfortunately there is no wifi. (We usually share the internet from our phones).
There is a private parking space for the house.
Sheets and towels are taken by the tenant.
The tenant cleans himself, cleaning equipment is available in the house.
We ask you to leave any pets at home.

when you come to Fjällbacka take the street Föreningsgatan and turn into the street Idrottsvägen and you will find Håkebacken 9 very soon.
