Cottage with the lake Vänern as only neighbor

This cottage has a lovely location in the middle of the lake Vänern´s archipelago. It has everything you look for in a holiday home location right next to the lake, with private dock, far to the nearest neighbor and fully equipped.

The cottage has a large and nice garden and is within walking distance of both the well-known Läckö Castle (lackoslott.se/slottet.aspx) and Spikens cozy fishing harbor (spiken.se).

Fishing opportunities in the area are very good, and the chance to catch pike, perch, etc. for dinner is good. If you somehow fail to catch your own dinner, fresh fish is sold in all its forms at Spiken.

Rowing boat at the own pier is included, even motor is available for a surcharge of 400 SEK (5hp Mercury).

In the cottage there are 4 separate bedrooms and a fireplace in the dining room, and also in the living room. In the kitchen there is - in addition to fridge and freezer - a stove with 3 plates and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are not included.

Prepayment applies.
10% of the rent is due at time of booking. In high season (June-August) the remaining part is paid 60 days prior to arrival, and in the off season (remaining available period) the remaining part of the rent is paid 14 days before arrival.

A deposit of 3000 kr is due at latest upon arrival at the cottage, and is returned immediately after a quick check by the landlord.

Change on Sundays.
Check-out is before 11:00, and check-in is after 15:00 (unless otherwise is agreed upon).

The cottage is rented only to "caring" guests (references may be requested).
