Welcome to this wonderful beach-summer cottage, a small two-story house from the 1930’s on Höllvikstrandsvägen in Höllviken. Höllvikstrandsvägen is one of the popular channel streets close to schools, the village center and Höllviksstrands lovely café and ice cream bar is located in the beginning of the street. It is an open well-planned cozy little accommodation of approximately 85 sq.m. located in a quiet, safe and highly regarded neighbourhood. The house is located on a charming plot, of 2000sq.m, in a wild garden with the beach on its border. It is both a perfect temporary accommodation as well as a holiday home.
The house has an open and spacious plan. The house has been furnished with the bedroom on the ground floor and kitchen / living room on the first floor. The house has got a crisp ’New England’ style, new wooden floors and new interior and equipment.
The house comprise of – to the right, as you enter the house on the ground floor, you will find a shower cubicle, wash basins and washing machine. The charming fire place is centrally located which nicely decorates the floor. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed (width: 80cm / 160cm). There are chest of drawers for storage. The wc with wash basin is located underneath the stairs.
The first floor has a modern newly installed (2014 TBC) fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, living room and a dining area with an amazing view towards the sea.
The house is also equipped with broadband fiber socket (TBC) and the associated small outdoor storehouse.
The house is rented fully furnished including garden furniture and fenced garden (which will be under repair shortly). The house is set back from the road and beach making the house and garden a very private space. There is free parking on the plot with space for minimum of 2 cars (TBC).

South of Malmö, at the tip of south-western Sweden, lies Falsterbonäset. Falsterbonäset is a strip that separates the Baltic Sea and Oresund (with a coast both to the north and south), and has unique kilometre long sandy beaches in world-class with beautiful beach huts built along the sand dunes. On the isthmus lies the resorts Skanör, Falsterbo, Ljunghusen and Höllviken. The people from the city moved to Foteviken / Höllviksnäs around 1910-20''s, when railway line to Falsterbo got a stop in the village. A new era started with the summer residents resulting in a requirement for facilities and services, and boutiques / stores that were opened as a result. The permanent housing were not built until the 1950''s. You may also experience Foteviken origin story from further back in time – whiteness the unique Viking battle in Foteviken’s Viking village which can be visited every summer.
