Cozy cottage in Furuboda close to the beach

Cozy and practical summer house in nice cottage area in Furuboda, south of Åhus and Yngsjö. The house is situated at a dead end, surrounded by beautiful nature with beach vegetation and pine forest with private location. A short walk of about 500 meters is the stunning beach.

The house has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Dining area for 6 people. Living room with TV and wood burning stove. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and combination washer / dryer. Bedroom 3: 1 single bed (good spring mattress), bedroom 3: 1 single bed (good spring mattress), bedroom 2: 1 family bed with 120 cm mattress (1-2 persons) and 90 cm mattress. Porch around the house with large porch at the back with outdoor furniture, as well as 2 sun loungers. Simpler seating furniture is on the porch at the front. A Webergrill is available. Wifi is available.

You will bring your own sheets, towels and clean the cabin before departure. Smoking is not allowed indoors and no pets due to allergies. Changeover Saturdays or even agreement.

The surroundings around Furuboda are very beautiful and hilly with lovely sand dunes and beautiful pine forests for walking and running. To the cabin belong membership to the nice tennis court located about 400 m away, free booking 2 hours a day. If you are interested in golf, Degeberga and Åhus golf course are within easy reach. Åhus is 13 km away with all the necessities such as a large supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, system company, petrol station etc. In Yngsjö 6.5 km there is also a smaller supermarket Yngsjöhallen, which also features miniature golf.
