Cozy wing building at farm, close to swimming - one of the most attractive small swimming lakes in the region! Built approx 1860, repaired 2017, 60 m2. In the cottage there is a small kitchen, living room, bathroom, and upstairs sleeping loft with 3 beds.
Air to air heat pump, and wood stoves on each floor. WiFi with fiber connection.
Fridge and mini freezer in the cottage, and extra fridge and freezer in side building. Allergy friendly = no animals, no smoking.
Very close to main building on the farm (home of the host). Next neighbour 100 m.
One of the most attractive small swimming places in Östergötland county, with emerald green water is located 1.5 km away along car road (small gravel countryside road).

Skänninge, 7 km, traditional market in early August.
Motala, 11 km, lake Vättern and Varamon, Swedens longest inland lake sand beach. Göta kanal with water lifts and boat tours. Car and motor museum. Events such as bike race Vätternrundan in mid June, Folkrace festival in late July.
Vadstena 17 km, lake Vattern with good beaches and boat tours, castle, monastery abbey church, nostalgic evenings with nice old vehicles every Wednesday during summer, theatre and opera in summers.
Mantorp 24 km, horse and car race court.
Tåkern bird lake and Omberg mountain from 30 km
Övralid house and Medevi historical village, approx 30 km.
Ljungsbro 32 km, Berg water lift, Cloetta chocolate factory.

Pilgrims way Birgittaleden. Bike route Vättern-Sommen-leden. Canoing on river Svartån and Göta kanal. The host can give suggestions about outdoor surroundings incl trecking and biking routes as well as attractions, weblinks to more info etc.

The host recommends at weekly booking, to come and go on Saturdays, but this can be discussed.

Fr Skänninge, way 990 north towards Motala, after 6 km left at sign Nedre Vinberga, after 500 m right, after 1 km sharp turn to left, 1:st house left.
Fr Motala, way 990 south towards Skänninge, after 10 km at Varv church sign Götala to right, after 500 m sign left Nedre Vinberga, after 800 m sharp turn left, 2:nd house right.
Fr Vadstena, Mjölby, Linköping, Norrköping via Skänninge. Fr Jönköping via Mjölby. Fr Örebro via Motala.

May and September 1/5-31/5 and 1/9-30/9: SEK 3600 kr/week, SEK 1200 /night
Other time, not summer: SEK 3300/week, SEK 1100/night.
Electricity according to meter at cost price.
Last minute - Discount (if the cottage is free): 10% at arrival within 1 week from booking, 5% at arrival within 2 weeks from booking.
Pre-payment at booking 20% of rent and deposit. The remaining amount at arrival.
Deposit SEK 1000 which will be refunded at departure if the cottage is left cleaned and in good condition same as at arrival.
Upon cancelling pre-payment will be refunded in proportion to time between booking, cancelling and arrival date.
Long time renting upon agreement.

Please give message via Stugknuten, mail, sms or phone when you want to book and this will then be valid as a preliminary booking. Definite booking when the pre-payment is received.
