FANTASTIC DWELLING IN TOP SHAPE BY LAKE SILJAN

Newly renovated house in genuine Dala style with all comfortableness. Three bedrooms, one is the master bedroom with a 180x210 bed together with two separate bedrooms with two single beds in each, which gives possibilities for six berths. All bedrooms on the same floor.

In the house there are two WC, shower together with a fair sized sauna and a fully equipped utility room plus Wifi.

The kitchen has all equipment including a dishwasher.

Kitchen and living room in an open planning with a fireplace heating stove and a fantastic view over Lake Siljan, located just 75 metres below the cottage.

Belonging to the cottage a large terrace with a nice suite made of canes together with a dining furniture to enjoy the sunset and a barbeque.

Swimming spot and a sandy beach by the Lake Siljan. Lovely areas for country walks and closeness to a farm for your breakfast eggs, just around the corner.

This dwelling has closeness to Leksand’s Summer land 3km, and 5km to Leksand city centre, 5km to Tällberg, Leksand’s Golf club 6km, 5km to Leksand ice arena and 18km to Rättvik.

During winter there are lovely ski tracks at Lake Siljan just 100 metres from the cottage, also ski tracks in the forest near by. Leksand skiing facility Granberget 12km.

Please note that pets are not permitted due to allergies.

Number of people staying in the cottage is a maximum of six persons.

Bed linen are available to rent for SEK 150/person.
