The house has two floors, two bedrooms on the ground floor one with three beds and a double bed in the other bedroom. Two furnished all-purpose rooms (one with kitchen area on the ground floor). On the first floor two double beds. The kitchen has all equipment for self-catering.
There is an all tiled bathroom on each floor.
Access to modern utility room. Large TV on the first floor.

Nearby there are several swimming spots, the closest 600 mts. 20km to the sea (Tjörn).
Golf course nearby together with a hiking trail in the Nature reserve Svartedalen.
Horseback riding nearby
It is 50km to Gothenburg.

6km to nearest supermarket, bank, and off license shop (Lilla Edet).

Bed linen and towels available to rent for a fee of SEK 250/per person and week.
Cleaning before your departure is available to buy for a fee of SEK 2,000 (paid upon booking).
During high season we rent by the week and during other periods of the year, we rent after agreement.

N.B.
Upon your arrival you´ll sign a contract of your letting and a fee of SEK 2,000 will be charged as a deposition. The deposition will be returned on your departure, if no damages has been done during your stay.
We do not rent to youths under the age of 25 years old.


Road description:
From Gothenburg: take the highway E6 north. Take the exit road 90 to Ucklum. In Ucklum turn to Västerlanda, then drive for about 8,2km. The house is located on your left-hand side along the road.
