Bohuslän by the sea near Smögen and Nordens Ark

In beautiful Bohuslän on the countryside and by the sea. Cottage in old farm environment, 45m² + 20m² patio. Sea view from all rooms.
Six berths which of two in sofa bed of good quality. Kitchen with six seats and with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee percolator, electric kettle and toaster.
Living room with a 50 inch TV and with Canal Digital/ Allente basic package plus German channels included. Free WiFi with up to 100 MB in and up to 100 MB out. Bathroom with washing machine, dryer and WC. Patio of 20m² with seats for six, two sun beds and a barbeque.
Several swimming spots within walking distance shallow and/or deep, beaches with cliffs, sand or lawn. Fish from the beach or with the rowing boat that is included in the rent during summer (May through September). Rent a motor of 4hpk and take the boat on an excursion in the fjord, why not go to Nordens Ark which is located in the same fjord. Lovely walking paths both in open landscape and in the forest where you can pick raspberries, blue berries and mushroom. Close (400m) to the hiking trail, Soteleden.
By car, within 10-15 minutes, Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Nordens Ark and Sotenäs Golf course.
Possible to rent a berth for your own boat.
Rent a "Linen Package" with duvet cover, under sheet, pillowcase, bath towel and small towel for SEK 150 per person.
Final cleaning can be bought for SEK 650.

Directions:
From E6: Turn off at Gläborg, exit number 101. Follow sign towards Lysekil, Kungshamn and Nordens Ark road 162.
After 5,7km in Hallinden turn right onto road 171 towards Kungshamn and Nordens Ark.
Drive 6,6km to Nordens Ark, drive through the round about and continue towards Kungshamn.
After another 4, 3km turn left at sign post ”Stensjö 2”.
After about 1km turn left at sign ”Butiken på landet”, drive through the first farm, keep right and continue for circa 200 metres and you are here.
