Modern holiday house with large garden by the sea

Hulvik is a modern holiday accommodation mainly for families with all amenities including fully equipped kitchen, fully tiled bathroom with washer & dryer and fireplace in the living room. The house is on a large child-friendly plot. On the water is also a wooden deck with camping furniture and swimming ladder on the dock.

On the ground floor there is a hall, dining / living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom. In the dining room there is a dining furniture that can accommodate eight people. The room is adjacent to a living area with corner sofa, TV and fireplace. The kitchen is allows cooking for larger parties and here is also a dining area. The bathroom also includes laundry room.

Upstairs are three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and plenty of storage space. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and the third two 90cm beds. Cot is also available.

Since it is a house from the 19th century, it is not normal ceiling height.

From the living room you step straight out onto the south-facing terrace, where outdoor furniture and barbecue are located. Adjacent to the patio is a solar heated outdoor shower.
The whole house has free wifi.

Smoking indoors as well as pets is not allowed for people with allergies to be able to stay in the house.

In the garage area there is as an option another comfortable bedroom with two beds in double bed and own toilet.

Rowing boat Ryds 425 with 10 hp motor and oars for 4 adults can be rented.

Sheets (weekly sheets in viscose or ordinary) as well as towels can be added as an option (per bed).

Hulvik is just under an hour's drive from Norrköping, with an exit onto road 210 from E22 at Söderköping. Söderköping or Valdemarsvik reach 40, reps. 25 minutes by car. Both locations offer food service, fuel, system companies and restaurants.

Supertrevlig stuga precis vid vattnet. Vi hyrde även extrastugan så 8 vuxna klarade sig en vecka utan problem. Sten var jättetrevlig och löste alla problem direkt och kom även med tips och guidningar på smultronställen i närheten. Rekommenderas!

Ett riktigt semesterparadis! Nyrenoverad, rymlig och komplett utrustad stuga med ett underbart läge. Vi njöt av den totala stillheten och närheten till skärgården. Sten var en exemplarisk värd - alltid tillgänglig och hela tiden mån om hyresgästens bästa! Rekommenderas varmt!
