Welcome to this lovely place, an oasis for all nature lovers. Sit down in the outdoor area with something good to drink, peek out over the bay where bird life becomes a fantastic spectacle and the sunset slowly settles over the slope. Then comes the calm and the silence.
Here you have a nice well-kept cottage with associated newly renovated and expanded guest cottage. The cottage and guest cottage are perfect for a family or for two small families who want to hang out, look at the bird life, sit in thought in the glassed-in balcony as the sun goes down over the horizon.

The cottage is very well decorated with focus on socializing, many different places to settle down. You enter a small hall, where there is also the house’s shower and toilet. Directly to the right is the kitchen, with dining area and plenty of room for shared barbecue preparation. The living room has both sofa, TV and dining area.
Here you can play games, puzzle or have nice dinners. The cottage also has a large double bedroom. The outdoor room, which is only a few years old, offers a wonderful place to settle in and enjoy the wonderful view.
The guest house is newly renovated. It has two beds, (NOTE existing beds will be replaced with better beds)

The cottage is on a mountain plateau, with a lovely plot and a nice veranda with lovely views of the bay. Here you can get stuck for hours watching birds wading and playing in the water’s edge and enjoying beautiful sunsets. If you want to swim, Rossö bathing place is the best, where it is 2 km. Bring your bikes and it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to cycle there.
Rossön is a peninsula on Orust, with lots of cliffs and swimming facilities. Rossön Island has a small marina and also a public bathing area. To some extent, the Rossön Island also consists of a nature reserve.

For those who like to hike there is Orust pilgrimage which is eight miles long and connects eight churches, the trail passes through Stillingsön. You walk across meadows and through forests. In the middle of the island lies Göksäter, Orust’s own “Lilla Ullared”. Here you can find fabric, clothes and lots of other good to have things.
Töllås sheep farm has a wonderful café and a farm shop where you will find home grown vegetables, pickles, marmalades and, of course, various wool and meat products from the farm’s sheep. At Tavlebod’s honey farm you show in a very educational way how bees live and produce honey. There is also good coffee and various honey products to buy.
