Welcome to this spacious and bright apartment located in the center of the popular resort of Grebbestad.
The apartment is modernly equipped, and from the spacious balcony you have a view of the city harbor. On the balcony you can enjoy a nice breakfast, after visiting the bakery next door where freshly baked bread can be bought. From Grebbestad you are also close to many other popular holiday resorts in Bohuslän.
Upstairs a large living area is located, and from here you have a view of the harbor and the sea. In total there are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and the last room has a single bed. There is also an extra mattress in the apartment that can be used by a sixth person. The kitchen is well-equipped, as are the bathrooms, one of which has a washer and a dryer.
The apartment is located on the central street, next door to a lovely bakery and also a well-visited restaurant with cinema and bowling. It is also located close to a popular boat harbor, where there are a number of fine restaurants. There are plenty of nice shops in the area, and the nightlife is good too. Although it is a quiet area, a little noise can come in from outside as the residence is centrally located. However, it still fits well both for the elderly and for families with children.
Grebbestad has a fantastic archipelago and wonderful bathing places. It is also a good place for those who like fishing. Grebbestad is located close to Tanum, which has the World Heritage Museum, as well as rock carvings. Fjällbacka is the nearest town with a large selection of activities for holidaymakers. The resort has a very nice archipelago, where, among other things, Ingrid Bergman lived in the summers.
You can get here either by taking your own car, or by public transport (there are good connections in the area, Västtrafik's app is recommended). The accommodation doesn't have a private parking spot, but there are plenty of them in the city center of Grebbestad, so you'll never have to park far from the apartment.
The final cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen, towels and other consumables are not included in the rental.
20% of the rent is to be paid at the time of the booking. The remainder is payable 60 days prior to arrival.
A deposit of SEK 2500 is payable in connection with the final payment, and is recovered shortly after check-out, provided that the cottage is left in a good condition.
Check-out before 11:00, and check-in at 15:00 or later, unless agreed differently.
The cottage is only rented to attentive guests (references may be requested).
