House near by the Lake Värmeln. Good for fishing!

Family friendly cottage with renovated kitchen and new pine floors throughout the house.
Large family room with TV and fireplace. Two separate bedrooms 2+ 3 beds. Kitchen area with fridge freezer, microwave, etc.
The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. Large porch on the south side (25 m²) with a set of furniture and kitchen table. This is where you spend most of your time!
On the lawn outside there is garden furniture and barbecue.

A scenic path (200m) leading down to the lake.
The bridge we have in common with our neighbors. Shallow sandy beach in protected mode, ideal for both small and large bathers.

Forest invites you to lovely walks with fine views over the lake Värmeln.
From July until October is the mushroom season. Chanterelle, Karl-Johan and chanterelles there is usually ample.

Fishing in the lake Värmeln is good. Boat with or without a motor can be hired by arrangement. Boating at its own pier.
Like swimming, fishing and forest then this is the house for you!
Our guests bring their own bedding and be responsible for final cleaning.

Värmeln lake. The house has a secluded and elevated position well embedded in a forest clearing. Minimal transparency from neighbor.
