This spacious villa from 1957 is centrally located in Grisslehamn at Väddö and with a fantastic view over the sea and the lively fishing port. Bright and homey garden plot on a high position and view over the Åland Sea and the channel.

Right next to the lively fishing port with coffee shops and fish shop and within walking distance a super market, bakery and the Hotel Havsbaden with a Spa, restaurants, guest marina and a flee market, bus to Stockholm, Eckerö linjens ferries to Åland and lovely areas for walking together with swimming spot from cliffs and the beach.

Grisslehamn in Roslagen is a historical place with amongst other things the old ail road to Russia and Albert Engström’s studio. Within excursion distance for a day light house stations, golf courses, Valonbruken and the city of Norrtälje to visit.

Road E18 to Norrtälje, road 76 to Älmsta, road 383 to Grisslehamn. One hour and 20 minutes, 110km.
By bus from Stockholm:
Bus number 676 from the Royal Institute of Technology. Bus stops 150 metres from the house. Bus ride circa two hours.

On the ground plot there is also a smaller cottage to let. If you don’t want the cottage to be rented by someone else during your stay, there is an extra fee of SEK 1,500/week.
