Charming modern small summer house in the archipelago of Karlskrona! Within only 300 meters you find a small beach and a public jetty. Nearby you also find golf courses, excellent fishing as well as the world heritage city of Karlskrona and the beautiful Brunnsparken in the town Ronneby. The house is 50 m2, 1, 5 floors, with a patio with furniture and barbecue possibilities as well as a small play house and trampoline for kids. The house is secluded on the owners big property of 5000 m2. There is one bedroom upstairs with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 beds on the first floor and one extra bed. The kitchen is well equipped for 5 people with a stove, fridge/small freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Sittingroom with TVand DVD and there is WiFi. In the bath room you find a WC, shower, sink and heated floors. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are not included. Can be rented.

Ein schönes kleines Ferienhaus in idealer Lage an der Schärenküste. Das Haus ist ansprechend eingerichtet, auch die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten sind angenehm. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die nahen Badestellen sind sowohl für Erwachsene wie auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, der Besitzer ist extrem hilfreich und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nach zwei Urlaubswochen steht fest, wir haben genau das gefunden, was wir suchten: ein kleines gepflegtes Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen in Strandnähe an den Schären. Wir konnten mit unserem Kajak unterwegs sein, in der Ostsee baden, im Wald wandern und Blaubeeren sammeln, Kultur erleben, auf der Terrasse relaxen oder im Internet surfen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer für uns da. Hezlichen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!
