Cozy cottage with a perfect location in Sandviken

The cottage is located in a child-friendly and quiet summer cottage area. It is only about 200 m to Sandviken's fine and child-friendly sea bath with an extensive beach. At the beach there is a playground and a kiosk/restaurant. The cottage is close to Sölvesborg's golf course (approx. 4.5 km). It is about 9 km to the center of Sölvesborg (7 km by bike over the new bike bridge). In Sölvesborg you will find everything you need, such as Systembolaget, shopping, restaurants, the ice cream boat, etc.

The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed (renovated in 2014), a bedroom (renovated in 2013) with a family bed (140 cm wide lower bed, 80 cm upper bed) and a bunk bed (90 cm + 80 cm), as well as a bedroom with day bed (90 cm ) which can be folded out with an additional bed (90 cm).

Living room with sofa, armchairs and kitchen table with space for 8-10 people. Kitchen renovated in 2012. Toilet and shower (renovated in 2015). New extended balcony/patio (summer 2021).

Mysigt, vackert och välutrustat hus med mycket trevliga värdar och ett perfekt läge nära sandstranden. Ändå är det inte långt till skärgården eller till skogarna eller till Blekinges vackra sjöar. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka
