Summerhouse close to the beach

A summerhouse in a true summer paradise in Bohuslän, the northern part of the Gothenburg archipelago. Tjörn is in many ways a wonderful holiday resort. Vik is its hidden gem.

You will basically live with nature right outside the door, far from noisy roads, just a few minutes walk from an amazing beach with sand, jetties, grass and cliffs, a swimming area that is suitable for both adults and children.

The house is newly partly renovated, inside and out, and has three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. The two main bedrooms have two beds each. The smallest bedroom has one bed. There is also a folding camp bed (for all ages).There is drinkable running water, electric cooker, fridge with small freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tv with access to streaming services (but currently no regular tv-channels), grill to borrow, wooden terrace, books to borrow during the stay and a big garden right in the middle of nature.

The cottage has Wifi.

Directions:
Vik is located in the norhern part of Tjörn, close to Långekärr, Björholmen and Halsbäck. Exact directions will be given to you if you decide to rent the house.

Seasons and price range

Price per week from 7500 SEK

Price per week to 9500 SEK

May and September-October: 700 Euro/week.
June-August: 900 Euro/week. Rental period is normallly Sarurday to Sarurday.

The rental period is normally Sat-Sat, but special solutions can be provided as long as they don''t clash with another tenant.

Jättefin liten stuga. Nära till strand och berg att klättra i. Stugan är inte jättestor men har ändå fem sängplatser och ett allrum med bra plats att sitta. Utrustningen i stugan är helt ok och köket är nytt och fräscht. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

We had a very nice stay in this cottage amidst nature and close to the sea! The cottage is a bit old but the kitchen is new. The house is clean and there is everything one needs. It has a big terrace looking out over the meadow and the surrounding is quiet. The stone beach with Jetty is a pleasant stroll away. Tjörn is a very nice Island, with lots to see and to do: the aquarell museum, the sculpture garden; hiking, swimming, sea kayaking,... The landlord is easily reachable by phone and very friendly / helpful. We stayed there with our two children of 7 and 10 years old, who had great fun crab fishing from the jetty. I recommend this cottage if you like an active holiday amidst nature!
