A modern house with garden. Equipped with free 100Mbit Wi-Fi and two bikes! Additional bikes can be arranged.

Two bedrooms with two beds in each bedroom. Beds in master bedroom are 100 x 200cm (40 x 80 inch) which can be separated. In the second bedroom 105 x 200cm (42x80 inch) after the walls in angel.

Terrace with barbecue (gas and char coal) and outdoor furniture in connection to the house.

Completely newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Living room with sofas and TV with the free Swedish channels SVT1, SVt2, SVT24, SVT-children, TV4, TV6. No problems to stream for instance, Netflix. Google chrome installed.

Very nice kitchen with new dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven and off course equipped with “all the necessary” kitchen appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).

Only 400 yards from the House is the well-known Anna’s’ bakery located, where you can pick up freshly baked bread every morning or have breakfast or just a cup of coffee and cakes.

The beaches are located on both sides of the peninsula neck. Facing Denmark, it is some 500 yards to the water, but the best beach is located on the other side approx. 1 000 yards in direction east.

In easy reach, about 300 yards, there are very good municipal communications with Malmoe city and Copenhagen city / airport, travel time approximately 35 and 55 minutes respectively.

For those of you who wish to play golf, there are two top courses just around the bend, (2 miles / 6 miles) Ljunghusens GC and Falsterbo GC. Within about 30 minutes by car, you can reach another 50 golf courses.

You bring your own sheets and towels. Final house cleaning can be arranged for SEK 1 200, but it must be pre-booked minimum 2 weeks in advance.

Check in earliest 15.00, check-out at the latest 11.00 on Saturdays.

From October the house can be rented on a monthly favorable rate. Ask for quotation!


Directions:
From Malmoe / Copenhagen travel south on road E6 towards Trelleborg. After Vellinge (approx 6 miles south of Malmoe) turn off the motorway onto Raod 100 direction Skanor-Falsterbo. Drive for another 6-7 miles until you cross the bridge over the Falsterbo channel. Turn left after 6-700 yards after passed “Annas Bakery” on the right hand side, onto Elvabovagen. Turn immediatly left onto Gottakravagen and then directly left again.
