Small house on the beach

Small house built in the year of 2000. It is in a fantastic beach location facing the lake Öresjön in southwest in rural district Mark. Very childfriendly sandy shallow beach with sandy bottom in the lake.
The house is 38 square meters and has sleeping loft of 6 square meters. There is also a small guest house of 6 square meters. The house contains one double bedroom, livingroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Sleeping loft with two beds. The guesthouse has bunkbed with two beds.
Satellite TV. Rowing boat included. Close to the forrest. Foot and cycle path just outside the plot.
Distances: Kinna 5km (village with all kind of service)
Borås 30km (big city with zoo)
Gothenburg 60km
Ullared 50km (famous cheap shopping)
The house can be seen on Google Maps if you look for Hanatorpsviken 2 Orby and then turn towards the lake and you will see the white house between the road and the lake.

Wir waren eine Woche im Ferienhaus, 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter zwischen 5 und 13 Jahren. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Es war ein Self check in und der Vermieter war immer zu erreichen und super freundlich. Wir hatten zum Teil schlechtes Wetter, aber auch das war kein Problem. Ullared, High Chapparal und auch Göteborg mit Sight -Seeing waren unsere Ausflüge. Kleiner Tipp; auf dem Camping nebenan kann man sehr gut Thai essen, sie bieten 4 mal pro Woche ein Mittagsbuffet an. Einkaufsmöglickeiten sind in Kinna und Skene vorhanden. Die Strasse hinter dem Haus hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Vielen Dank an Ole!

Min familj hyrde stugan en vecka i sommar och det var mycket trevligt. Fantastiskt läge vid en mycket trevlig sjö och alla i famijen var nöjda. Ett enda minus och det var trafiken utanför annars helt perfekt!

lovely cosy and very clean cottage, we had a very nice week there. nice sandy beach i.e child friendly. the landlord was very helpful. there was some traffic on the other side of the cottage, but this did not spoil our stay.
