one all purpose room with a fully equipped kitchen area, sofa bed, TV.
Bathroom with floor heating, shower, WC, washing machine. Private parking for one
car.
Near the sea in peaceful area by dead-end street.

Directions:
From Uddevalla to Grundsund circa 40Km, in the community turn right at the school
and drive past Folkets Hus, at the top of the hill take first road to the right
(Labbstigen).
