Underbart timmerhus på sjötomt i Nacka med bastu

På sjötomt gränsande till naturreservatet i Velamsund i Saltsjö-Boo ligger detta
härliga stockhus, endast 30 min med buss/bil från Slussen.
Badvänligt även för lite yngre barn vid den egna badplatsen.

Dessutom har vi nu byggt en vedeldad bastu, ståendes på en 30kvm stor flytbrygga. Att gå från bastun och rakt ned i vattnet bör upplevas!

Nära till skärgård, skog och natur och samtidigt inte alls långt från Stockholm.
Med roddbåten kan man ta sig över sjön till den mysiga restaurangen Långa Raden
langaraden.se eller kanske bara ut och meta lite abborre?
Vid dåligt väder kan man sitta inne framför den öppna spisen eller kanske ta
bilen/bussen till Stockholm och gå på bio.
På studsmattan kan man tillbringa så mycket tid som konditionen tillåter.

OBS! Vi har två snälla katter (Maine Coon) som behöver få lite mat och vatten under er vistelse. De trivs bra utomhus på sommaren. OBS!

Had a magical midsummer weekend in this beautiful house. So convenient location, easy with both car and by bus that takes you straight to and from slussen. We enjoyed the sauna, the paddle board, canoe and the trampoline. We had teenagers who did not want to leave, a 1year old who picked strawberries and friends and family who all enjoyed the big social spaces in and around the house. A true gem. We all was more than satisfied with everything this wonderful family house had to offer. And the owners Niklas and Jessica is both warm and welcoming, easy to contact, helpful. We will come back every year for a good family time. Loved every second.

We have been staying here for quite a number of years every summer with our two children. It is a fantastic place with direct private access to the lake, a collection of boats, a huge outdoor area and garden, and a great house with lots of room for a family. There is even a very nice swimming sauna. Stockholm is only a short drive away, and there is a bus stop with a direct fast connection to Slussen. We come back every year.

We (family with 4 boys and s dog) spent a week in July 21 in this beautiful house. After a very warm and uncomplicated welcome we explored the house and the close surrounding anf were overwhelmed by the beauty of the place. Being out in the green but so close to the city gives you the possibility to combine both. The sauna was perfect and looking after the ducks and cats was uncomplicated. The possibility to take long walks in the forrest nearby was perfect for our dog. The house itself is just beautiful, has enough place and a lot of cozy corners to stay with a book especially when the weather is not good. The “home cinema” was also a highlight for our boys. We can warmly recommend this house for any stay in the Stockholm area. Thanks again to Jessica and Niklas. Simon and family

Our 5 person family spent a wonderful time in this amazing house. We were warmly welcome and enjoyed every moment here. The house is modern designed and yet cozy. The kids loved playing in the garden, playing with the available children's toys and cuddling with the cats. aking care of the them, the ducks and fish was relaxed and easy. The house offers a lot of space. A big plus is the swimming sauna and the good connection with the public transport. 35 min to Slussen, 10 min to the next shopping centre. We highly recommend this family-friendly place.
