Through Svängsta, Mörrumsån flows and it is only 8 km to Mörrum from the cottage. Mörrum's Kronolaxfiske is one of the finest fishing waters in Northern Europe.
Driving to Karlshamn takes about 15 minutes, Mörrum about 10 minutes, Kalmar / Öland takes about 1.15 hours, Malmö about 1.45 hours and Copenhagen about 2 hours. 3 kilometers from the house lies Svängsta where there is a COOP shop and gasolinemack.
The parking lot is spacious with space for 2-3 cars and possibly a horse trailer / trailer.
House 1 - 6 beds
In the ground floor there is two bedrooms with two single beds in each room, a wc/shower/washing machine/dryer, a large living room with sofa and armchairs, 32 'TV with Astra satellite (German channels) and DVD and surround system, woodburning stove and a food group with six chairs . A patio door leads onto the south-facing patio.

On the patio there are both outdoor furniture for six persons as well as barbecue and awning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils and wood burning stove (you can buy for 50 SEK / bag).
Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds and an open bedroom with a singlebed (is not included in the total beds), as well as two chairs.
House 2 - 6 beds
In the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, one twin bedroom, WC / shower / washer / dryer, family room with wood burning stove and chairs, gazebo, armchairs and dining table for 12 people. A patio door leads onto the south facing patio.

On the patio there are both outdoor furniture for 12 persons as well as barbecue and parasol. There is also the pool (8x4 meters and 1,5 meter deep).

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery,wine cooler and cooking utensils.

Upstairs there is two bedroom with single beds and a living room with two sofas, 32 'TV (no channels) and a DVD. Note!! You have to bring your own Chromecast.
Blankets and pillows as well as towels and towels / bath towels (separate bath to outdoor swimming pool) are included in the price as well as cleaning. Electricity is added with spotprice (our own cost) /kWh.

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are allowed, however, not in beds / sofas.

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival unless otherwise agreed is 4 pm and departure must take place before 10 am.

A deposit of 3000 kronor is paid in conjunction with booking which is refunded after we have checked that everything is in order. Lost key is replaced by SEK 3000.

Directions:
From E22, turn off at exit 49 towards Mörrum / Svängsta, drive through Mörrum and on to Svängsta. Drive over Mörrumsån and turn left after the river. Select the first road on the right with the sign Ebbarp. Drive about 2 km and turn the road to the left with the sign Stinestugan. Continue 380 meters and turn right on the second road after the garage.
