A magnificent and exclusive lodge which offers panoramic views of the mountains and is a paradise for mountain lovers. The cottage is situated in Ljungdalen about 30 minutes from Funäsdalen (Ramundberget , Bruksvallarna) ! The cottage is located in a cottage area with few nearby cottages and road all the way.
The cottage is located right next to the tree line on 856möh with all its advantages. Timberlodge has high ceilings, floor heating, OFFERDAL slate hall, bathroom and sauna. Massive wooden floors that give a warm and rustic feel . The walls consist of slow -growing pine / massive ( 8tum ) hand timbered logs from Härjedalen where some stocks are over 160 years old and 45cm high . The stove is the cottage "heart" has a central place in the living room and is made of oppdals skiffer from Norway, each stone is cleaved and hacked into their proper place (torrmur). On the roof is about 35 ton so the feel is really genuine.
The area surrounding the Timberheight is marked by wonderful scenery and abundant wildlife right next to the cabin door . Marked trails , very good MTB and other training is available next to the cottage. Helags (1796) , Sweden´s highest mountain south of the Arctic Circle , you have only 12km behind the cottage which is a nice day trip or ski touring during the winter.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven , microwave , dishwasher , coffee maker, kettle etc. Two toilets , one with shower, sauna and washing machine. A large bedroom with loft on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs, onea very large master bedroom with balcony. All the rooms are spacious and up to the ridge .
As an extra supplement is a very exclusive Vedpool , place of 10pers , but equally enjoyable whether you are by yourself. The hot tub is made of stainless steel for optimum hygiene and isolated , which means rapid heating and possibility of a bath the day after without extra heating.
There is also a high chair and travel cot if required for small children
Due to allergies , we can not accommodate guests with pets.

We had a fantastic stay in this cabin. It feels really homely and comfortable. It is big and it looks even better than on the pictures. We enjoyed very much the great view, the fireplace, the sauna and the heated floors. The owners are really helpful and it definitely made our stay even more enjoyable. We went on great cross-country skiing excursions following their suggestions. People living around are very nice as well, giving us directions and advices. Thank you so much for those wonderful vacations!!

Your cabin is perfect. We love the stove, the beds, the pictures, the bathroom with the sauna, the blue kitchen, the warm floor and of curse the view. I would also like to say thank you for all of your help, infos, tips and preparations for our time in Ljungdalen. We had expect a nice cabin in sweden with some snow and threes. But after these days in the village, we all can affirm, that this part of sweden and all the people with it, is one of the most beautiful spots, we ´ve ever seen. - Timo, Berlin
