A unique spacious dwelling with perfect rooms for a generation holiday or with friends. Peaceful and family friendly location near beautiful nature, sea and all that Bjäre has to offer. Welcome to a place for family, friends with space to feel good together! A unique location in the middle of the countryside, peaceful and near everything. Having a barbeque in the garden underneath the oak tree, you have a fantastic view over meadows, and a glimpse of the sea, there are bicycles for everyone, and it takes about 20 minutes to ride the bike down to the beach downhill, going back it's a harder exercise round. Raspberry picking, fishing, golf, forest, and land etc. around the corner.
The house consists of four bedrooms, two with a large double bed and one with two single beds, one with a 120cm. bed, the other three beds are available on the first floor in the all-purpose room. There is a kitchen and a dining area with room for 12 seated guests together with two lovely lounges.

Seasons and price range

Price per night from 2000 SEK

Price per night to 3500 SEK

Price per week from 14000 SEK

Price per week to 25000 SEK

Minimum number of nights are 3, a cleaning fee of SEK 2,000 will always be added on. Bed linen and towels are included. If there are more guests than 8, there will be an additional cost of SEK 150 per person, up to 11 persons. From 1 June week 23 until week 35 and August 31st it is high season SEK 25,000/week. The holidays are winter break and Easter break during week 7, 8, 9, 10. Week 13 and 14 Other times SEK 14,000/week.
September to May we might consider letting by the month SEK 39,000/month (s minimum of 6 months). Other fees such as electricity, waste disposal etc. will be added on. Wood burner in each room available, electricity costs vary between SEK 3,000 – 5,000/month depending on winter and how much you use the wood burners.

Ljuvligt hus med allt man behöver. Gott om plats för umgänge. Trevlig och tillmötesgående värd. Vi har hyrt huset två gånger och kommer gärna tillbaka!

Ett riktigt mysigt och charmigt hus med allt som man behöver. Stor och härlig tomt för lek och kubbspel. Lugn och trivsam plats att bo på. Trevlig och tillmötesgående husvärd. Nära till Båstad och Torekov med allt de har att erbjuda. Mysigt café på andra sidan gatan. Värt ett besök på deras pizzakvällar. Rekommenderar starkt!

Helt underbart hus, vi var 11 personer och det var väldigt gott om plats och så fint både inne och ute. Man kände sig hemma i huset direkt och bakom trädgården ligger en otroligt vacker bokskog. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hus, och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
