Unwind at this beautiful ski-in/ski-out mountain lodge, with stunning views across Åresjön lake. The house sleeps 10 persons and is finished to a very high standard with wooden floors, large windows, and colourful details for a luxurious yet cosy feel. Enjoy a day on the piste, have an at-home spa day in the sauna or relax in front of the fire.
The house is located in Åre Sadeln, a picturesque area with lots of family-friendly outdoor activities. Åre village, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, is only a short drive away.

• The Green Room: Upstairs master bedroom with king size bed, access to your own private balcony and views over the lake
• The Red Room: Downstairs double bedroom with queen size bed and views over the lake.
• The Blue Room: Downstairs double bedroom with queen size bed and views over the lake.
• Bunk Bedroom 1: Upstairs bedroom with 90x200cm and 120x200cm bunk beds.
• Bunk Bedroom 2: Downstairs bedroom with two 90x200cm bunk beds.
• All bedrooms have plenty of built-in wardrobe space.

KITCHEN:
After a great day out in nature, people love to cook up a storm. So we’ve ensured you have all the basics you need to cook even the largest of family meals:
• Beautiful kitchen with natural stone kitchen top, to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together
• Enjoy your morning coffee or tea at the kitchen counter.
• Large fridge and freezer
• Full sized dishwasher
• Oven and microwave
• Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans and serving dishes.
• Plenty of cooking knives for the chefs in the family

BATHROOMS:
The house features two luxurious bathrooms with shower. One bathroom also has a large sauna with views over the lake.

OUTDOOR:
The house has two large-sized balconies that are overlooking the lake. You can also enjoy the large private garden.

GUEST ACCESS:
Self check-in with smart lock.

LOCATION:
Åre has been a popular mountain retreat for over 100 years. Åre Björnen is especially well suited for beginners and children, but as part of the larger Åre ski resort perfect for the expert too. The award-winning design hotel Copper Mountain Lodge is located in Åre Björnen as well.
The slopes of Åre make up the largest of Sweden and offer something for everyone!
In the summer you can also enjoy lots of (family-friendly) activities such as hiking, mountain-biking, swimming in the nearby lakes or visiting Sweden’s most beautiful waterfalls.
Åre village - also named “Little Stockholm” - is well-known for its high quality restaurants and buzzing night life. Östersund, UNESCO City of Gastronomy, is only an hour drive away.

The property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. We ensure that all surfaces have been sanitized before your stay. Cleaning supplies are available to guests during your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
During the ski season (mid Dec- end of April), bed linen and towel service is included free of charge for stays of 7+ days. Outside of the ski season and for short stays, this service is available upon request for 400kr per guest (incl. AirBnB charge).
