1800th Farm with spa in spectacular nature

Welcome to our carefully renovated farm from the 1800s, our goal has been to maintain the old charm and atmosphere, but add the amenities needed for a relaxing stay in 2022.

The house is designed and equipped to accommodate large families over 3 generations where everyone in the family can have a relaxing holiday or for larger friend/job groups who want to socialize and catch up on life.

Södergården has,
- 6000m2 fenced plot with both garden and nature so four-legged and younger friends can run freely.
- Complete equipped kitchen for up to 16 people, indoor and outdoor dining areas with comfortable seating for 14 people.
- Common areas, a large living room of 60m2 with fireplace, 45m2 TV / teen / child hang and 8m2 read / corner.
- A total of 5 bedrooms, a sleeping alcove and a common room with 2 sofa beds upstairs, total beds up to 16 people.
- We also have 2 relaxation areas in connection with the spa terrace and sauna.

The spa complex is for relaxation with the purpose of pausing and relaxing, or it can be used as a place for socializing and to catch up with life and each other.

Our sauna is for 10 people and the spa bath for 7, our 40-degree terrace pool can accommodate 8 people.

Our farm is located at the foot of Söderåsen with spectacular views of the ridge, forest and fields.
It is perfect for those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the beech forest on the ridge or there are lots of opportunities for outdoor adventures, such as moose safaris, canoeing on Rönneå or cycling trollies on the abandoned old railways.

The only weekends in 2022 left are 25/11, 2/12, 16/12, 23/12.
We have weekdays left in November and December.

We will start taking in bookings for 2023 in September 2022.
