Lakeside holiday home by Lake Yxningen

Lovely holiday home with large patio and a balcony in southern position towards lake Yxningen, which is known for its nice water and good fishing. Wonderful walking paths and beautiful nature with rich animal life. Nature beach with a jetty, shared with the owner and the other letting. Possibilities to rent a boat.

Spacious all-purpose room with kitchen area, suite, and a beddable day bed for 2 persons. Balcony with furniture and a WC. First floor with 2 single beds in the large room, which is divided with two double wardrobes towards the double bed. The ground floor has a relaxation room, shower, and toilet. Here you can hang up your hiking gear to dry. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, coffee percolator, toaster, electric kettle. TV Free Wi-Fi in the dwelling. Also, German channels available on Astra.

On the east side is a patio with garden furniture and a charcoal grill and parking near the patio.

Scenic area with lovely walking and bicycle roads. 11km to Valdemarsvik, where all services are available together with a golf course. 30km to picturesque town Söderköping by the canal Göta Kanal. About 50km to Norrköping. Circa 60km to Kolmården Zoo and 120km to Astrid Lindgren's World. Good road communications to Kolmården Zoo.

Pets and smoking is not permitted inside. We rent by the week Sunday to Sunday.
