Only 1 km from the house is the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Böda.

The house is 10 years old, 50 square meters and there are four beds, two of which are on a cozy sleeping loft with standing height. The other two beds are in a separate bedroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and much more. There is also a fresh toilet with shower and washing machine. Outside, there is a seating area and barbecue area, as well as lawns and parking.
Böda is located about 100 km north of the Öland Bridge, which is known for its 10 km long white sandy beach. The bay is shallow and is great for swimming for families with small children. In Böda there is a cozy bakery, a well-stocked ICA store, ATMs, various summer shops and a beautiful fishing port with restaurant, pub and mini golf. 5 km away is also the well-known campsite Böda Sand with a wealth of activities, restaurants and other summer holidays. It is also not far to Byrum with its famous canyons and incredible sunsets beyond the Kalmarsund.
