Stay and enjoy an idyllic village, just a stone´s throw away from the wavily sea.
One of the oldest cottages in the popular village Skatan, rented by the week and on short notice per night.

Description: Timbered wooden cottage on the floors with fireplace heating stove.
A peaceful interior and newly renovated in March 2010
and during 2012. The cottage is always in good shape and condition and improved each year.

Included at renting: Fully equipped kitchen with water,
cooker and oven, micro, toaster, coffee percolator, fridge with ice box. Living room, TV etc. The cottage has 4 - 6 berths with room for spare beds if needed. Nice outhouse and a top modern earth closet inside,
a lovely and private ground plot with barbeque and garden furniture. The private location in the village is a large plus with this dwelling.

Access to utility room, shower and sauna.
Possibilities to rent boat trips for a daily price together with possibilities to lend bicycles for free (adult bicycles only)

In a direct connection to the cottage, the newly built Restaurant & Pub in Skatan with possibilities to consume lovely food and beverages in a wonderful environment.
In the same building you can purchase groceries together with fresh smoked fish and other preparations from the sea.

Several tourist attractions and fascinating culture environment available to enjoy and discover in the area.

The autumn is close bur we still have plenty of summer left.
Would like to highlight the indulgence of the autumn later in Skatan. We have fantastic mushroom forests and the estates many apple trees provide a good harvest, which you guests are welcome to pick and enjoy for free. During late autumn you can light a sparkling fire in the cottages wonderful 18th century oven.
