THE SURROUNDINGS
The cottage is located behind the harbour, close to restaurants, small shops and galleries, but not so close that you are disturbed by public life. The cottage is in a very sheltered location, which was always sought after when building near the sea. It has "almost" a complete privacy back and the beautiful mountain has sun all day.

The cottage is has two apartments. The small apartment rented out by Kobbar & Skär has two small private patios.

You enter directly into the lovely kitchen with a lovely view of parts of the harbor and the boats.On the left you have the fresh tiled bathroom, which also has a washing machine
To the right a stove. Here in the kitchen there is also a set of Eva Chairs and a table to sit and cozy up at.
The stairs up to the second floor lead to a small but cozy bedroom with a double bed and a view from two windows.

OUTDOORS
The apartment has two private patios. One directly outside the door, which now has a newly built screen wall for privacy protection against the other apartment (not in the picture). Where you have morning sun and where it's cozy to eat breakfast. As well as one on the west side, where you have a great view of the harbor and the sea. Where you can enjoy the evening sun and watch the sailboats call into port.

If you want more life, then just a couple of steps down and round a few houses, and you can sit down at the outdoor terrace and have something nice to drink.

SKÄRHAMN
Discover cozy picturesque Skärhamn, which is an old fishing community with lots of life and movement. If you live in Skärhamn, you don't need to use the car for the whole week, here you have everything and then some.

Skärhamn is Tjörn's main town but also a picturesque fishing community. Here you have boats, sea, restaurants in every corner, small cozy shops. Several bathing spots and there is always a lonely rock to sunbathe on.

Skärhamn has the Nordic Watercolor Museum which offers exhibitions and also has a wonderful restaurant right by the sea.In Skärhamn there are also system companies, a huge Ica store, several restaurants along the sea that have outdoor seating until late in the evening. Gym, Fish shop, A wonderful bakery that has existed since ancient times.

PARKING
There is no parking for the cottage, but the owner will help you find a good parking nearby with only a 3-minute walk. It is fine to unload and unload at the cabin.

PERFECT FOR CYCLING
The owner is happy to lend two bicycles. Otherwise, you can bring your own bikes if you want. Cycling in Skärhamn is perfect, but next to all of Tjörn there are excellent cycle paths. Some go along the sea and into pastures and are lovely to cycle along
It is also possible to rent bicycles at Tjörn's tourist office, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

THE BUS
The bus leaves only 100 meters from the cottage.
You can take the bus to Stenungsund and look around in a state-of-the-art shopping center, or cycle there on cycle paths. Or continue to Gothenburg and Uddevalla, by bus or train.
