Live on a farm! Djura, Leksand, Dalarna

In the beautiful village of Djura, in the south of Leksand, we have a house for rent on our farm.
In the house you have access to two bedrooms with one doublebed and two single beds, and a room with a sofa and two single beds.
There is a living room with TV.
Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwawe, oven. toaster, coffeemaker. Laundry facilities are available. Terrace with furniture. Trampoline for the kids outdoors in the summer.

We have an active farm. You can enjoy the cows in the fields nearby.

In Djura there are many fine walks- and cyclepaths. The forrest is surrounding the village.It´s close to the lakes. The church in the village is worth a visit. There are several companies in the area, for example Rältagården and Djura Bok & Pappersverkstad. We have a small shop on our farm, where you can buy ice cream, candy etc.
In Winter, the area is wellknown for the skiresorts, and in the summer, most of all in June, Midsummer is celebrated in many villages, that attracts a lot of visitors.
From Djura is it close to several major towns: Leksand 15km, Insjön 13km, Gagnef 6km, Borlänge 31km, Falun 45km, Rättvik 40km. The nearest railwaystation is Gagnef.

Directions:
From Borlänge: Drive towards Leksand(Mora). When you pass Gagnef, then turn left towards Djura(3km). Follow the road straight ahead. When you come into Djura, the church is right in front of you. Turn right(Leksand/Rälta) and drive 800 m. The farm is on the right( a yellow mailbox/sign A-M´s Gottebod).
