COTTAGE BY THE SEA

A wonderful cottage 80 m from the sea in Nils Holgersson and Inspector
Wallander neighborhood.
The cottage consists of two separate buildings where the smaller one is for rent. It is
possible to rent both buildings (10 + 2 beds in all).
The smaller cottage, built in 2012, is a two storey house with 4 rooms,
a kitchen and a bathroom with wc and shower. There are 5 beds with
the option of folding up an extra bed or mattress on the floor.

The cottage is surrounded by large lawns with great opportunities to
play, and the garden also contains lovely lush, quiet corners .
On the back of the house there is a meadow with an old vikings grave.

A small walk take you down to the sea and further on to the small
harbour just a few minutes away from the house.

NEARBY
App 500 meters from the house, in the beautiful little harbor, there
is a small tavern / hotel with excellent food and drinks. In the
summer, there is also a small outdoor café in the harbour.
One kilometer away there is another small restaurant, and a general store.

A FEW KILOMETERS AWAY
Abbekås golf course (and restaurant) is located 2 km from the house.
Mossbystrand, a fabulous, sandy beach is 3 km away.

In Skivarp there is a small inn as well as a well-stocked grocery
store. If you feel like swapping rural idyll into small town idyll,
Ystad is located only 15 km from Abbekås.
