Welcome to our wonderful home on the shores of the Kalmar Strait – the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy peace and quiet, the sea, breathtaking sunsets, and the very best of southern Öland.

The house is 110 square metres and is ideal for two guests. Enjoy stunning sea views and direct access to the water, just 20 metres away. Start your day with a refreshing swim, take a stroll along the shoreline, or simply relax on one of the house's two spacious verandas while taking in the tranquil surroundings.

One veranda enjoys the morning sun and is the perfect spot for breakfast, while the other faces west and offers evening sun together with spectacular views across the Kalmar Strait, where you can watch unforgettable sunsets every evening.

The house is located in the heart of the charming village of Mörbylånga, in the historic old market town, with cosy cafés, restaurants, a bakery, and a grocery store all within easy walking distance. The surrounding area offers beautiful walking and hiking trails, with easy access to nature, the unique Great Alvar of Öland, the sea, and several swimming spots.
