Cozy beach side cottage at Skrea Beach

Welcome to our lovely, bright, and well-laid-out 18m² cottage at Knölarberget 58.
A 1–2 minute walk to the sea, with its long sandy beach and dunes.
The south-facing patio is furnished and features lovely greenery that provides privacy.
A barbecue and an awning are included.
The cottage is well-equipped with a refrigerator, a large freezer compartment, an oven, a two-burner stovetop, a coffee percolator, a kettle, a SodaStream, an air fryer, dinnerware, etc.

A total of 4 berths: one double bed and one bunk bed.
Duvets and pillows are provided.
Please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases.
Free parking is available approximately 2 minutes from the cottage. The rental includes access to two well-maintained service buildings featuring toilets, showers, washing machines, and dishwashing facilities.
There is no running water in the cottage.

Along Klittetvägen, there is a wide range of restaurants, bars, and ice cream kiosks, as well as miniature golf, padel and tennis courts, an outdoor gym, canoe rentals, a spa, and the Klittebadet indoor pool. It is a 30-minute drive to the Gekås shopping destination. A large grocery store, a fish van, a pharmacy, and a petrol station are located within 1km.
Falkenberg is a fantastic summer town offering something for all ages.

Pets are not allowed due to allergies.
Smoking is permitted outdoors.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning the cabin.
