Just 5 minutes from the house, you'll find a family-friendly beach with a pier and a sandy shoreline, perfect for swimming and relaxing.

The house was built in 1960 and has been extensively renovated in recent years. It features a spacious, modern kitchen, two newly renovated bathrooms, and a recently updated laundry room.
